MONDAY: WARM UP: Partner stretching and range
PRACTICE: Chipping and Putting - Chipping from a range from fringe to 20 feet out. Start close and move out. Putt from 10 different lengths, and slopes.
COOL DOWN: Club washing and final stretch

WARM UP: Weight training and running.
PRACTICE: Range Practice- Work on motion and form. Practice striking the ball better.
COOL DOWN: Approach shot challenge- Each athlete gets two shots to stick it on the green and close to the flag. The person who gets closest to pin wins.

WARM UP: Stretching
PRACTICE: Partner practice- Golfers will be put in pairs and play 9 holes.
COOL DOWN: Club washing and final stretch
